Who we are

We are a dual partner built for EU-Africa research and innovation projects: MrExportToAfrica (EU entity, Estonia) and Kappa Squared Ltd (registered in Zambia).

Both entities are registered in the EU Funding and Tenders Portal. PIC numbers available on request.

For non-EU programs we register on whichever platform the consortium requires (SGCI matchmaking portal, Convergence Portal, myeurekaproject, and similar).

What we deliver inside a consortium

Living Labs and pilots in Africa

Set-up and operation of field sites, demonstrations and training with real users, smallholders and SMEs.

SME recruitment and cascade funding (FSTP)

Recruiting African SMEs and third parties, administering open calls, managing sub-grantees.

Dissemination, exploitation and market access

Turning project results into adoption and commercial presence in African markets.

Why coordinators pick us

Zambia is on Horizon Europe's list of third countries automatically eligible for funding, so our participation adds no cost to the consortium budget.
Zambia is an EDCTP Association member (since 2025), so we are eligible for Global Health EDCTP3 consortiums where a sub-Saharan partner is mandatory.
We operate commercially in Sub-Saharan Africa year round, so the network is current, not assembled for a proposal.
The dual-entity structure keeps EU-side contracting simple.
